5 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
Hampden Watch warrants your watch to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 5 years from the date of purchase.
What is Covered:
- Defects in Materials and Workmanship: Any original defects in materials or workmanship are covered.
What is Not Covered:
- Wear and Tear: Damage caused by normal wear, including scratches, dents, and discoloration.
- Accidental Damage: Damage resulting from mishandling, accidents, improper use, or water.
- Quartz: Battery replacement for quartz movements are not covered.
- Mechanical: All mechanical movements need periodic service and cleaning, which is not covered.
- Water Resistance: Water resistance requires that the crystals, crown, stem, caseback and all gaskets be in place and undamaged, and that water pressure be lower than the rated depth. Any water damage resulting from the failure of any of those conditions is not covered.
Service
- Service of your Hampden watch is available from the factory and through authorized dealers.
