Hampden Watch 5-Year Limited Warranty

Every modern Hampden watch is crafted with care to last for generations. We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship with a 5-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, beginning from the original date of purchase.

What’s Covered

• Defects in materials and workmanship: Any original defects in materials or workmanship are covered.

What’s Not Covered

• Wear and tear: Damage caused by normal wear, including scratches, dents, and discoloration.
• Accidental damage: Damage resulting from mishandling, accidents, improper use, or water.
• Quartz: Battery replacement is not covered.
• Mechanical: Periodic service and cleaning are not covered.
• Water resistance: Water resistance requires that the crystal, crown, stem, caseback and all gaskets are in place and undamaged, and that water pressure is lower than the rated depth. Water damage resulting from the failure of any of these conditions is not covered.

First Hand Workshop Watches 2-Year Limited Warranty

First Hand workshop watches are covered by a 2-year limited warranty under the same terms as our modern warranty: defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, beginning from the original date of workshop build.

Union & Custom Logo Watches 1-Year Limited Warranty

Union and Custom Logo watches are produced under a limited one-year warranty and are no longer serviced directly by Hampden outside of this window.

While we do not provide manufacturer repairs for these watches, most local jewelers or independent watch repair specialists can assist with battery replacements, quartz movement servicing, or other basic maintenance. We’re happy to help point you toward a trusted repair resource if needed.

Vintage & Legacy Hampden Watches

Because these watches were produced long before our modern collections, they are not covered under the current warranty, and we do not currently offer in-house servicing or appraisals.
