STEP 2:
YOU HEAR FROM A PERSON
Every custom order is read by hand. Someone at Hampden emails you directly, not a no-reply address.
STEP 3:
YOU APPROVE THE PROOF
You see the final layout at actual size before anything is cut. We'll work with you to make it perfect, however many rounds it takes.
Step 4:
WE ENGRAVE AND SHIP
Once you approve, it goes into engraving and then to you within 10 business days.
